- First consultation (60 mns) with a full MOT of the body via a thorough questionnaire, taking into account all systems of the body. - Creation of a personalised naturopathic plan consisting of nutritional, supplements and lifestyle recommendations, sent to you within a few days. - 2 Follow-up consultations to assess progress of the plan and adjust (1h). -E-mail support throughout our journey together Total time scale: 2 months
